The love between Dell and Microsoft
Looking for a computer to a person I have been watching how to buy a Dell computer with XP, and I felt incredible.
Dell claims to give its customers what they need, well, because customers need XP!, And they give you the opportunity you have it but look how: in the base price of equipment, you bring your brand Windows Vista Premium, which will not allow you to downgrade it, for that you have to pay 92 € more and buy the Ultimate, and that it allow you to downgrade.
It's a scam to see where to see it, and I say what kind of commitment will have commercial Dell and Microsoft that makes Dell persists in putear to customers?
I do not explain, because it is very harmful to the company. I know of no one, (a good thing to do), who wants the view, not all Linux users are like me but they need to use XP and Dell hardware gives them the solution but the Cagan in the software.
When they will realize?
Update:
Already without having anything to do with Dell, one can, through phone call, downgrade from XP to Vista as follows:
- Version of Windows Vista Business more than you can move on to XP Home or Professional.
- The Home version of Vista, only to XP Home.
